What Other Say: Deyanira Hernandez Scott (27/08/2017 01:17) My wedding was an out of town wedding. From the beginning of my wedding planning to the end, I had so many issues! Even my coordinator struggled getting a hold of her. She was always very busy and I didn't seem to be a priority until we got closer to my date, which is not acceptable considering it's called "planning" for that reason. When I was able to get a hold of her, she was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge. However, after I made my payment, it seemed as though it was never properly ran thru, even though I was given a printed receipt saying my order was paid in full. A couple weeks later, I received an email from Diane saying that I needed to pay my order soon. Turns out the store really never got my payment, but not because I didn't pay (because I called my information in AND went in person on 2 different occasions), but because of their wrong doing. They didn't get the payment for whatever reason until the day of our order pick-up. When I was able to see part of the order, I was not happy, we rented flower balls and I was specific about which ones I wanted because of the way they looked. I had to call Diane immediately the day of our Rehearsal (causing us to leave town late to head to our Rehearsal practice). This anxiety and stress was not helpful at all - not considering all the previous issues we had. My brother had to rush back out to Fallon's flowers (because I asked if they could deliver, and they didn't have a van available at the time). Diane tried to make it "better" by sending a vast majority of other flower balls for us to have. When I finally got to our rehearsal and saw my bouquet, I was not too happy either. I had expressed my desire to have a deep burgundy tint on my cream and burgundy bouquet (considering those were our colors), instead I received a "dark red and cream" bouquet. But there was nothing I could do, we were already at our venue location ready for rehearsal. The staff as a whole at Fallon's Flower is nice but it shouldn't have been as complicated as it was for me to get what I wanted. I also should have received my bouquet the way that I asked for it.
Unfortunately, there's nothing that I can do other than hope the red didn't stick out too much in my wedding portraits.
