Buyer’s Guide

Bubblers are interesting and a different way to smoke cannabis. A bubbler falls into the category of a bong but is more intricate and is mostly made of glass. Much like the common bong bubblers feature a mouthpiece, bowl, a stem, and a chamber that holds water for the smoke to travel through. These components cool the smoke and improve your hit in so many ways.

Some bubblers also contain a percolator, an additional water chamber that further cools the smoke. Some models have carb holes that give you a cleaner and faster clearing of smoke. A bubbler can be viewed as a hybrid between a bong and a pipe. These are smaller but have a similar function as bongs, but the shape is similar to a pipe.

Why use a bubbler at all?

You may be a beginner or a pro and decided to choose a bubbler. Why is a bubbler more preferred by users over a pipe or a bong? For one, a bubbler is more portable and can be brought just about anywhere, without causing any commotion. However these could be handled with care most especially because most of these are delicate glass models.

Pipes are indeed very portable but may not be as handy as a bubbler. These don’t offer smokers the smooth and filtered hit of a good smoke because it is processed within a water chamber and a percolator. Another reason a smoker may choose a bubbler is because of the aesthetic design. This is also a factor that makes users turn to bongs.

Bubblers are effective by firing up some weed and getting high however some models also look amazing enough to be used as a collector’s item. A bubbler can improve the setting of a smoke which is much easier to do compared to a bong or pipe. Bongs also serve as an eye-catching centerpiece of any table and will be a good conversational piece among friends.

What are the disadvantages of a bubbler?

There are good sides of using a bubbler and there are downsides as well. The most important thing is maintenance. Unlike bongs, these cannot be taken apart because of the lack of sections and parts. Many bubblers are simple one whole unit. This makes it very hard to clean and cleaning should never be overlooked as this keeps everything hygienic, operational, and aesthetic.

Without removable parts many bubblers cannot be modified or improved by simply adding new pieces and taking other unimportant things away. On the other hand, bongs can be easily modified to work with your special preferences.

The many types of bubblers

There are a number of bubblers that you can purchase online and from a local shop. For instance hammer bubblers have chambers that have flat bases so you can place these steadily to any flat surface.

There are also pendant bubblers with very creative designs. These can be thread with a piece of string which lets you wear this around your neck a piece of jewelry and a device that lets you smoke cannabis. This unit is ideal for musical events and for camping trips.

Double bubblers provide improved and smoother hits. These come with two chambers where you will find individual percolators. The smoke that comes out from the mouthpiece is both cool and well-filtered. Another kind of bubbler, and is part of our list is the Sherlock Bubblers are very similar to Sherlock pipes. These come with amazing shapes, colors and parts.

Conclusion

You will surely feel the extreme high when using a bubbler compared to other cannabis smoking equipment. Apart from offering distinct flavors and highs, these are also very decorative and even worthy of being placed in a mantle. Basically the simpler the better, the simpler the design the better you will be able to clean one. So shop well and shop for the best marijuana bubbler online or from a local headshop.

CURING: What Causes A “Grassy” Smell?

I’m wanting to learn what can cause drying flowers to take on a “grass” smell. I grew 3 of these: https://emeraldtriangleseeds.co.uk/pr. mon-haze-auto/ They were planted on May 5th & popped up 6-7 days later. Two out of the three grew much faster & developed faster than the other one. The runt of the 3 seemed to be about 2-3 weeks behind the other two. The runt was the last to show sex, etc. When I harvested, I left the runt to mature another 2-3 weeks.

I am now in the curing process. The first two that I harvested hung for 5 days to dry. A storm was moving in, so I took them down too early. I have been ventilating the curing jars very aggressively. The runt was able to hang & dry for 7 days.

The first two plants smell like my front lawn until you crack them open. Once the dried flower is broken up, it smells great, but sitting in the jar, it smells like grass. The runt plant does not smell like grass. It smells real sweet.

So. Did I harvest the first two plants prematurely, or did I not let them hang & dry long enough?

    Hmmmm . “Grass-Gas” . It’s not very pleasant.
That is the odor of chlorophyll chemically breaking down.
Yes, It’s possible you harvested a little early on the first two. Did you check tricomes before cutting?
I strongly recommend that you use Boveda Humidi-Paks in your curing jars. You can find them here: www.bovedainc.com/

I checked the trichomes the best that I was able with a 30X glass, but was not able to discern any color change. The plants seemed to have plateaued for a couple of weeks & according to the seed description should have been done. I was looking for any signs of cloudiness or amber in the trichomes, but just could not tell. They looked clear as far as I could tell. I let the plants grow longer than the description stated. I also grew 3 White Diesel plants. Same date of planting, harvest & curing. No grass smell.

The grass smell is not as strong as it once was, but it is there. I’d like to avoid it in the future.

could be the early harvest, but in my experience w autos, ive dun a few but know somebody who has done several they all have a distinct green grassy flavor to em a fall back of the ruderalis ditchweed gene that makes it an auto. earlier harvest and dry time probably accentuates it. not to mention if all were from seed the phenos could vary from plant to plant. also if 1 of the first 2 were main culprit but both plants are cured in same jar the other might not be so bad

I had this issue when I first started. Takes practice and patients. You want your buds to be dry going into the curing jars. They will rehydrate so make sure the outsides are crispy. It’s been humid here, the last harvest I hung them in a cool dRk place for 10 days instead of 7 and cured them for 2 weeks.

    Greetings all,
So. Did I harvest the first two plants prematurely, or did I not let them hang & dry long enough?

Nobody can answer your question just like that, you do not tell at what day you harvested and nobody knows how plants looked like. Could be that your stuff is not dry enough, hard to guess. Could be that your ventilating caused some damage.

No matter what happened, just keep buds at 62 RH and cure them for some time. If there is smell inside bud, everything could be OK.

I grow autos, I love them because they do not smell strongly even in flowering, but of course, some of plants which smelled weaker during growth do not smell impressive in jars later on. After 60 days from harvest, they get ready at last, not before, and smell is divine, totally different as was before.

I dry some jars now @day 12, they do not smell very nice, more grassy as usual, but I know perfectly that they will start to release very pleasant odour after 45 days from harvest and not before. Like always.

If you cure properly, you will most probably be very satisfied at the end, but takes some time. 2 months.

@PNW . If the trichomes you observed weren’t showing a little milky/cloudy, then you did a premature harvest.
I would suggest you not put too much stock in the copy provided by the seed breeder and seed banks.
Their veg/flower times should be taken as a rough guide.
It’s highly doubtful that you would be growing the seeds exactly the same way in precisely the same environment, as the breeder.
Therefore one cannot always expect the same response/grow patterns as stated in the ads.
It’s important to remember that each and every plant from seed, is an individual and unique personality, with personal needs and schedules.
LOL . WE don’t run THEM with clocks and calendars . no, they will tell you their needs in their own time .. if you will only listen.

I wish you Good luck & good grow . GrassDaddy

    CBD & Hemp Beverages

CBD (or cannabidiol) is a compound found in the cannabis plant and provides many supposed health benefits with none of the mind-altering effects of THC (another type of cannabinoid found in marijuana). Some of the presumed health claims associated with CBD include reduced anxiety, reduced inflammation, enhanced mood, and pain management.

With the global opinion on cannabis changing, especially in Canada and the US, the CBD beverages market is on the rise with plenty of room for innovation in the marketplace. Currently, CBD is being infused into beverages of many types including CBD water, coffee, wine, lemonade, soda, and more.

    Changing Regulation

The rapidly growing CBD market comes with hazy restrictions, especially in the U.S., causing some difficulties in production for some manufacturers and brand owners. Many in the industry are looking to Canada who became one of the largest countries to federally legalize recreational cannabis nationwide in 2018 for guidance.

    Keep In Mind

While there’s no doubt that CBD beverages will continue to be a growing market in the years to come, manufacturers should pay close attention to changing laws and regulations, as legislation is still being evaluated in most states regarding the use of CBD, whether derived from marijuana or hemp plants.

Having a working knowledge of the laws and guidelines will help prevent any inadvertent law-breaking or legal trouble, and allow beverage manufacturers to explore adding value with this ingredient.

    What is CBD?
CBD is a cannabidiol, one of cannabidiols obtained from hemp Cannabis sativa L with the use of CO2 extraction. Contrary to its isomer, tetrahydrocannabinol THC, it does not show psychoactive and mind-altering effects, therefore it is totally safe and legal and may be used by everyone.

    Terpenes
Apart from the main active substances contained in hemp, i.e. cannabinoids, special attention should be paid to terpenes, which exhibit strong biological activity and synergistic effect along with other substances in hemp. Terpenes are volatile compounds in the plant responsible for maintaining aroma, taste and production of aromatic oil. They play a biological and therapeutic role, therefore they are often used in aromatherapy. The strongest terpenes contained in hemp are: myrcene, pinene, limonene, linalool, eucalyptol and caryophyllene.

    Endocannabinoid system regulation
Regular application of CBD oil in a natural way boosts the stores of cannabinoids in the organism, supporting and regulating incredibly important endocannabinoid system.

Endocannabinoid system plays a range of functions in the organism and is composed of cannabinoid receptors, endogenous ligands and enzymes synthesizing and degrading ligands. The most well-known receptors are CB1 – located mainly in the brain, central nervous system, circulatory and digestive systems and CB2 – located mainly in peripheral organs, especially those related to the immune system.

Thanks to the wide distribution of the receptors in the human organism, endocannabinoid system is responsible for maintaining general balance of the organism, called homeostasis and facilitates communication between different cell types. Dysfunction of this system may result in weaker response of the immune system leading to frequent infections and development of autoimmune diseases. Other complications are: sleeplessness, lack of appetite and other related diseases, such as anorexia, problems with the digestive system and mood fluctuations.

    Antidepressant effect
Numerous studies proved that CBD oil activates a serotonin receptor 5-HT1A (hydroxytryptamine) counteracting depression, anxiety and regulating sleep, pain perception and addictions. Other anti-anxiety properties of CBD may be caused by the stimulation of adenosine receptor, regulating the function of the circulatory system, i.e. the utilization of oxygen of the heart muscle and coronary blood flow. It also plays an important role in the brain – in certain situations it decreases the utilization of dopamine and glutamate.

    Wide pro-health properties
One of the most important properties of CBD is strong anti-inflammatory effect. Studies on people with rheumatoid arthritis proved that supplementation with CBD decreases joint inflammation even by 50%. Thanks to this, it is also used in other inflammatory diseases, such as Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. CBD also works well in all autoimmune diseases characterized by chronic and general inflammation of the organism.

Anti-inflammatory properties are valued also by sportsmen and people practicing intensive physical effort. CBD decreases microinjuries caused by excessive physical activity and muscle soreness, which is directly reflected in better endurance and strength results and improved regeneration.

Hemp oil has analgesic effect, helps to fall asleep and deal with negative effects of excessive emotional, mental and physical stress. It is helpful in inhibiting the development of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases by its active participation in neurogenesis. It also improves memory, concentration and mental fluency.

CBD is used during therapies of cancer. It helps to better endure negative effects of chemotherapy – it stimulates appetite, decreases nausea and vomiting and improves mood and well-being. Moreover, cannabidiol destroys cancer cells by turning off the activation of ID-1 gene, which is responsible for spreading cancer cells and is one of the strongest inductors of apoptosis, i.e. natural cell death.

Summing up, Nano Drops by CBD Naturals is a dietary supplement with a wide spectrum of effects on the human organism. It is recommended to people suffering from all kinds of diseases of the immune system, circulatory system and nervous system and also to those who would like to take care about health in a complex and natural way. High quality ensured by Heneplex™ formula guarantees the effectiveness of the supplement.

hemp seed oil for under eyes

    Hemp Oil for Skin

We include products we think are useful for our readers. If you buy through links on this page, we may earn a small commission. Here’s our process.

Hempseed oil is often referred to as “hemp oil,” and it’s harvested by cold-pressing hemp seeds. Hemp oil is often unrefined. It’s a clear green oil and can have a nutty flavor.

It’s different from cannabidiol (CBD) oil, which is an extract of the cannabis plant and utilizes hemp flowers and leaves for its production.

Hempseed oil is made from the hemp seed itself and usually doesn’t contain any THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the psychoactive component, although this seems to be widely disputed . According to 2017 research , CBD oil may also have very low and insignificant levels of THC.

Hemp oil has numerous health benefits, including those that improve skin health. It’s so beneficial for skin health thanks to its nourishing vitamins and moisturizing qualities.

There are a number of skin care benefits that you can get from using hempseed oil, either topically or by consuming it.

    Moderates oil production

Hemp oil is perfect for most skin types as it can moisturize without clogging your pores. It can even help to balance out oily skin, hydrating it and regulating the skin’s oil production.

Dryness can also cause your skin to overproduce oil, which in turn, can stimulate acne. Hemp oil can prevent dry skin without clogging pores. This helps reduce acne that’s caused by excess oil.

    Moisturizes and soothes inflammation

One of the omega-6 fatty acids that hemp oil contains is gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory while simultaneously encouraging skin growth and new cell generation.

This can help to calm inflammation and irritation on the skin, including acne and some conditions like psoriasis, while keeping the skin nourished and moisturized.

    Treats atopic dermatitis

Part of what makes hempseed oil so beneficial to the skin is that it’s rich in omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. Consuming these nutrients can help to treat skin conditions like atopic dermatitis.

One randomized, single-blind crossover study found evidence that dietary hempseed oil reduced the symptoms and appearance of clinical atopic dermatitis after 20 weeks.

    Has anti-aging properties

In addition to moisturizing and soothing the skin, hemp oil has anti-aging properties. Hemp oil can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well as prevent signs of aging from developing.

The linoleic acid and oleic acids found in hemp oil can’t be produced by the body but can play a crucial role in skin health and anti-aging, so they’re important nutrients to add to the diet.

Ready to get started? Buy hemp oil now.

There are several methods you can use to get the skin benefits from hemp oil.

    Topical use of hemp oil

The first method is to apply the hemp oil directly to your skin. This can work if you have immediate irritation or dry patches of skin that you want to soothe quickly.

Before using the oil, try a patch test to make sure you won’t get an unwanted reaction:

    • Wash and dry a small area of your upper arm (such as the crook of your elbow).
    • Apply a small amount of the pure hemp oil. (If using the hemp and essential oil mixture described below, test in a separate spot from the pure oil and at a different time.)
    • Cover the spot with a bandage and leave it in place for 24 hours, being careful not to get the bandage wet.
    • If any redness, burning, itching, or other irritation occurs, you can assume you’re sensitive to the oil and shouldn’t use it. If you have a reaction, remove the bandage immediately and wash the spot with soap and water.
    • If you don’t see or feel any reaction, then the oil is probably safe to use.

If you’re using the hemp oil to treat acne and want to apply it topically, apply the oil directly to clean skin and leave it on for one to two minutes before washing it away with warm water.

Hemp oil and essential oil mixture. You can also combine hemp oil and other anti-inflammatory and soothing ingredients with a recipe like the following, which can be applied directly to the skin:

    • 1/4 cup hemp oil
    • 2 teaspoons melted coconut oil (can be melted in the microwave; place desired amount in a microwaveable container and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely melted)
    • 4 to 5 drops skin-boosting essential oil, like lavender or rosemary oil

Note: Essential oils, like lavender or rosemary oil, should only be used topically and in a diluted mixture. Do not take essential oils internally. Many are toxic.

    Oral use of hemp oil

The second method is to ingest hemp oil, which can provide the same skin benefits and additional overall health benefits as using the oil topically. If you take hemp oil orally, there’s less risk of any skin irritation or break outs, although it may cause some temporary digestive upset.

Talk to your doctor before taking hemp oil orally.

If you do take it orally, you can have 1 to 2 teaspoons daily — either all at one time or divided into two doses.

If you don’t like the taste or consuming the hemp oil straight, you can also use it in different recipes. One option is to mix it into foods, like smoothies, salad dressings, or soup. Or you can use it for cooking.

Hempseed oil is often referred to as “hemp oil,” and it’s harvested by cold-pressing hemp seeds. Hemp oil is often unrefined. It’s a clear green oil and can have a nutty flavor. Learn about the benefits of hemp oil for skin and how to implement it into your skincare routine.

    cbd oil review forum

I Took CBD Oil Every Day for My Anxiety—Here’s What Went Down

When I first learned about CBD oil, I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical. My mind immediately turned to weed and the unnerving experiences I’d had with heightened anxiety in college. For me, a person who’s already predisposed to overthinking, marijuana, no matter what the form, would typically put my mind into overdrive and result in a common yet dreaded side effect: Paranoia. But, let’s back up a bit. What even is CBD?

    What Is CBD?

CBD is short for cannabidiol, which comes from the Cannabid sativa plant (also known as marijuana). It’s a naturally occurring substance used in oils and edibles to help calm and relax.

    What is CBD

A bit of online digging led me to realize that the active ingredient in Charlotte’s Web Everyday Plus Hemp Oil, the product I’d been offered to test, was the chemical compound CBD, which stands for cannabidiol. Unlike THC, the other crucial compound in hemp and marijuana plants, CBD (when derived from the hemp plant) does not produce the psychoactive effects that make you feel “high”; instead, emerging science has hinted that CBD may actually ease anxiety, and therefore, makes you less likely to freak out.

For example, one study comparing the effects of THC and CBD found that, while THC increased anxiety by activating the neurotransmitters involved in the “fight or flight” response, CBD actually repressed autonomic arousal—or the nervous system response associated with sudden increases in heart rate or respiration. In other words, CBD may be ideal for people looking to relax and unwind.

While the science behind CBD’s effectiveness for treating anxiety, pain, and insomnia is still in its infancy, Charlotte Figi’s inspiring story sounds promising. Figi, a 6-year-old girl diagnosed with a rare and resistant form of epilepsy known as Dravet syndrome, was placed on hospice care and given a “do not resuscitate” order when her parents, desperate and frustrated with pharmaceutical medication, considered medical marijuana; specifically, a strain low in THC and high in CBD. Charlotte is now nearly seizure-free since she began supplementing with Charlotte Web’s CBD oil, which the brand named after Figi.

Legal and Safety Things To Know About CBD

The current CBD industry is like the internet’s early years. the Wild West. Legally, speaking, a Harvard Medical School blog post reads, “All 50 states have laws legalizing CBD with varying degrees of restriction, and while the federal government still considers CBD in the same class as marijuana, it doesn’t habitually enforce against it.” With heightened interest around CBD, it’s important to note that because CBD is currently unregulated, it’s difficult to know what you’re getting (whether that’s a tincture—commonly referred to as CBD oil, which is often combined with a carrier oil like coconut oil—topical products like creams and balms, sprays, or capsules), despite product labels and brand promises, the blog post further reads. It’s also important to note that people experience CBD differently. For the most part, the National Institute of Medicine says that while most people can tolerate CBD, side effects do exist. They might include dry mouth, drowsiness, and reduced appetite, among others.

That said, those interested in exploring the potential benefits of CBD should consult with their doctor (especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or currently taking medication) and be mindful of your dosage, writes Consumer Reports. And before you buy, Megan Villa, co-founder of the hemp-focused website and shop Svn Space, told Shape magazine to seek out a certificate of analysis. “Ask for a COA for the batch number of the product you have, since these products are made in batches,” she said. “You need to match the batch number to the COA that pertains to it.” Then, scan the report for potency (i.e. does the number of milligrams of CBD that the product label touts match the lab report?), contaminants and pesticides, and mold (which should live under the “Microbiological Testing” part of the report). Go a step further and note whether the testing lab is GMP (Good Manufacturing Principles) certified, and whether the lab is registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Shape magazine also suggests purchasing CBD products made from domestically-grown hemp, and reading up on the difference between full- and broad-spectrum and CBD isolate.

With that, I threw caution to the wind and asked for a sample. Here’s what happened—including what it feels like—when I took one full dropper of Charlotte’s Web’s Everyday Plus Hemp Oil in the mint chocolate flavor every morning for seven days.

    My First Impression

It was actually a bad bout of jet lag after a trip to California that inspired me to finally test out the CBD oil (I’ll admit that my weed-based reservations kept me from trying it for the first few months). Knowing that the oil had also helped people with sleep issues, I squeezed one full dropper of the Everyday Plus oil onto my tongue, per the instructions, and waited.

Thirty minutes later, I was surprised by how subtle the effect was. While I expected a hazy nodding-off effect similar to melatonin’s, the oil simply relaxed my body ever so slightly—my heart stopped pounding against my chest, my legs stopped kicking beneath my sheets, my mind stopped racing. I wasn’t sure if it was the oil or the late hour, but eventually, physical relaxation gave way to mental relaxation, and I drifted off to sleep.

Reflecting the next morning, I was most surprised by the fact that I never felt “high” in any way—there was never a moment of It’s kicking in; I can feel it now like with pain medications or even anti-anxiety drugs. Considering it takes time, consistency, and the right dosage to experience the full effect, I continued taking the oil once a day for the next six days. Here’s what went down.

It Made Me Less Anxious and Edgy

Rather than overthinking a sternly worded email or analyzing a social interaction, I found it easier to recognize the irrationality of these thoughts and actually let them go.

While normally I’d be slightly tripped up by little things like an overly crowded subway car or a full inbox at work, the CBD oil seems to have taken the edge off of my anxiety a bit. Rather than overthinking a sternly worded email or analyzing a social interaction, I found it easier to recognize the irrationality of these thoughts and actually let them go. In some ways, I feel more like myself. With that said, I’ve still experienced some social anxiety when meeting new groups of people—I’d be interested to see what taking the full recommended dose would do.

    I’m More Focused At Work

I work well under pressure, but being extremely busy at work has almost made me less productive—I’m constantly distracted by email, Slack, and the people around me, to the point where getting my work done becomes difficult. This week, however, I’ve found it easier to put my blinders on, block out all distractions (especially social distractions), and focus on one task at a time. I think this is partly related to the lessened anxiety—I feel more frazzled and off task when my anxiety is running high. It almost feels like a newfound sense of clarity and calm that enables me to focus.

    I’m Falling Asleep Faster

I assume this is also a side effect of feeling less anxious, but I seem to fall asleep faster; within the 20-30-minute range rather than my normal 45 minutes to one hour (or longer). Not only do I seem to be skipping or at least shortening the whole tossing-and-turning phase of my sleep cycle, but I’m able to snap out of the overthinking that often keeps me up at night. Of course, there’s no telling whether a big life event would disrupt this newfound bliss, but I’d like to think it’s helped on a day-to-day basis.

    The Verdict

Would I say that CBD oil has fundamentally changed my life? No. But per the Charlotte’s Web website, this is the typical first experience. “Anyone who has ever started a new vitamin or supplement routine knows the short answer to how long it takes to kick in is—’it depends.’ For many newcomers, they’re not sure what to imagine, or some anticipate a huge change right away. For most of us, though, dietary supplements take time.”

With that said, I’m definitely intrigued enough by the subtle effects to continue taking the oil and to possibly up the dosage to the recommended two full droppers of the 30mL bottle per day. Plus, I take comfort in knowing that it’s an all-natural product that’s responsibly grown on family farms in Colorado. Something that’s safe, legal, requires no prescription, and makes me less anxious, less scatterbrained, and more focused? I’m definitely on board.

We make no compromises when it comes to quality. This begins by selecting local, European-certified seeds. Because we have plenty of experience, we can choose the perfect strain for certain formulations with the proper CBD percentage and cannabinoid ratio. We then place the precious seeds into carefully selected, fertile soil. For this task, we revived some traditional European hemp-growing farms in Slovenia and Croatia. Our environmental awareness and natural resources give us an advantage in producing all-natural raw hemp free of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and heavy metals.

Sophisticated plant extraction is crucial for obtaining the highest quality oil, free from solvent residue and toxins. We trust the supercritical CO2 method, which uses high pressures and low temperatures, to very precisely extract and protect the CBD essence. Beneficial molecules, often lost in other methods, are preserved and the result is a pure, potent and natural extract.

With fields in carefully selected European micro-locations, we grow hemp that is certified as organic.

To preserve the purity of our raw hemp, we use highly efficient and at the same time gentle CO2 extraction.

All our products are tested and monitored by a third-party to bring you the safest, all natural, CBD extracts.

We are meticulous in ensuring the maximum levels of essential fats, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and other beneficial elements are preserved in every step of the process.

To achieve this, we harvest our hemp only on specially selected days. Like in the past, all our crops are harvested by hand. Each flower is separated from the stalk by hand, which also means we can make a selection and pick only premium flowers. To safeguard the potency of our hemp, we let it dry naturally, always at temperatures below 35° C. A special closed-machine method helps us secure the precious crystals on the flowers, so-called trichomes, where the cannabinoids and terpenes accumulate. The dried material is then pressed into pellets that contain a special PharmaHemp blend of three authentic European hemp varieties, rich in active cannabinoids.

When it comes to harvest, we are all about traditional methods.

    quality control

To meet our high-quality standards, we collaborate with the most qualified and best-equipped analytical laboratories that test and monitor every stage of our production and the final product. All our products undergo continuous and rigorous quality assurance with verification as well as short – and long-term stability checks. This ensures the consistency of our products and production compliant with GMP conditions. We believe in transparency, each and every time.

    frequently asked questions

    What are Cannabinoids?

There are close to 1250 unique chemical compounds identified in hemp plants. Hundreds of them are terpenoids. Terpenoids are the compounds that give fruits, flowers and herbs many of their desirable aromas, flavors and other special properties. Cannabinoids are a sub-class of terpenoids.
There are over 144 cannabinoids found in hemp and cannabis.

    What is CBD oil?

CBD hemp oil is extracted from the stalks and seeds of industrial hemp plants.
CBD oil is a cannabis oil that contains significant amounts of cannabidiol (CBD). The supercritical CO2 extraction process also preserves all other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and nutrients, and contains only trace amounts of THC (below 0.2%).

    What is Cannabidiol (CBD)?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is the primary cannabinoid in industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) In recent years there is increasing interest in the therapeutic potential of CBD, which causes no psychotropic effects, is not psychoactive (cannot get you “high”) and even in high doses does not cause relevant side-effects. Its chemical formula is C21H30O2.

Are the CBD oil drops legal?

Before buying you have to inquire information about the legality of the article in your country. Otherwise, CBD oil drops are legal and you do not require a permit or recommendation from your doctor to buy Pharmahemp™ products. It can be purchased online and shipped to your home, anywhere in the Europe and other countries around the world.

    What is Endocannabinoid System (ECS)?

The endocannabinoid system (ECS), named after the plant that led to its discovery, is a group of endogenous cannabinoid receptors located in the mammalian brain and throughout the central and peripheral nervous systems and organs. Consisting of neuromodulatory lipids and their receptors. In other words, it is a »command and control« set of biochemical communication regulatory mechanisms dealing with cannabinoid-like substances (endocannabinoids) produced naturally by the human body in general and the brain in particular, where receptors are concentrated in areas associated with thinking, memory, coordination, pleasure and time perception. The ECS is one of the more important biological control systems, which help regulate major bodily functions.

Will I test positive if I use CBD oil drops?

The THC concentrations in hemp oil are nowhere near enough to have any effect on you: industrial hemp plants (Cannabis sativa L.) generally contain only a trace amounts of the THC that marijuana plants contain. THC is the cannabinoid that is targeted in drug tests. These tests look for the metabolic products of THC and begin with a simple urine test sample. The test uses antibodies to detect THC and the metabolite it produces, known by the rather complicated name of ‘11-nor-delta9-caboxy-THC (THC-COOH)’. If initial tests find that you have more than 50 Nanograms (ng) of these substances in your urine, a Gas Chromatography / Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) test is carried out to confirm the result. This test targets the 11-nor-THCCOOH metabolite and is not sensitive to other cannabinoids including CBD.

Do I get high from Pharmahemp CBD oil drops?

CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning that you cannot get “high” or intoxicated by consuming CBD oil drops, as well as any other raw natural product from industrial hemp plants for that matter.
Our CBD products are all made from industrial hemp, which only contains trace amounts of THC (less than 0,2%), so there is no psychoactive effect from taking our products. The following products do not contain even trace amounts of THC in them, and are completely THC-free: CBD Aqua Drops, pure CBD, CBG crystals, CBD E-Liquids and Terpenes.

    What is CO2 extraction?

CO2 extraction is an extraction process that uses pressurized carbon dioxide (CO2) to extract phytochemicals (such as CBD, CBG, or terpenes, flavonoids, etc.) from a plant. CO2 at certain temperatures and pressures acts like a solvent, without the dangers of actually being one. It is the most expensive extraction method and is widely considered the most effective and safest plant extraction method.

We are trusted producer and supplier of superior CBD. The highest standards are the hallmarks of our products. 100% organic. 24 hours delivery.
